PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY USING OUR SOFTWARE AND SOLUTION, OR PURCHASING SERVICES RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN A LEGALLY BINDING MANNER.
If you are obtaining the software on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind the company to these terms. If not, do not install or use the software.
All software and materials are the intellectual property of DSOFT SOLUTIONS. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the software without written consent.
Each installation requires a valid license. No copying or reselling is allowed without additional licensing agreements.
Licensing applies to the specific registered server only. Each cloud deployment must be licensed.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Each software purchase includes a 12-month subscription starting from account creation.
You own the data generated within the software and are responsible for its protection.
No refunds for software after download or installation. Support is available to resolve issues.

We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the software or related hardware.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and may include taxes.
Quotations are valid for 14 days from issuance.
50% upfront; 100% for non-hardware items. Overdue accounts will incur suspension and reactivation fees.
Hardware delivery ranges from 2–8 weeks, excluding custom systems.
12 months software, 36 months hardware (HP), others 12 months unless otherwise stated.
Response times are categorized from Immediate (30-60 mins) to Low (5-7 business days).
Support hours: Mon–Sat, 9AM–9PM. Limited to our software only. Outside hours: RM280/trip.
Items not listed in the quote are considered optional and must be clearly marked as such.
Client must prepare infrastructure before installation and assign a coordinator.
Training will be provided as stated in the quotation/order form.
1 manday = 8 hours of service.
No cancellations after signing or payment. Exception for government license rejection (with proof); 25% cancellation fee applies.
We are not responsible for grant approvals or rejections. Orders are non-cancellable regardless of outcome.
Signing a quote or order implies acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
Clients must ensure their systems are secured and up-to-date. Antivirus and OS updates are client responsibilities.
Backups are scheduled every 24 hours. Clients must ensure data is backing up and retrievable.
Subscriptions auto-renew yearly. Written notice 1 month prior is required to cancel.
We are not responsible for losses, damages, or defects arising from the use of our software or services.
